The Ghost Of Christmas Past
No, I’m not talking about Dickens and I’m not referencing Michael Caine battling different Christmas memories of woe with the muppets, I’m talking about the toxic people that use anniversaries, holidays, and special occasions to resurface for one last haunting.
Where Do You Sit On The Christmas Spectrum?
Christmas people generally fall in to one of two categories – the fairy on the top of the tree or Ebenezer Scrooge – so which one are you? While it is easy to pass those off who grumble at Christmas cheer as the Grinch or to roll your eyes at the enthusiasm of friends that start planning Christmas in September, there are all sorts of reasons that aren’t as black and white as to why someone may be struggling.
And Just Like That
As part of the generation that grew up on ‘Sex in the City,’ I waited for the reboot of ‘And Just Like That,’ with bated breath . . . Not for the reasons you might imagine. Yes, I used to love looking at the style, the fashion, the HANDBAGS, and at the time I worked for a designer who was chosen to dress one of the most prominent male leads which was exciting (Patricia Field was a genius of her time). However, I was never a huge fan of the series, purely that it irritated me that they wrote such basic female characters for us all to fit into.
In the pursuit of defining your values?
If I were to ask you your top ten values, what would you say? Would you say family, success and happiness or would you say adventure, freedom and creativity? There are no right or wrong answers, there are just answers that are right for you.

New mother + pampers advertising = done deal.
The Psychology Of Fashion
For years I worked in the fashion industry. I love it. The seasons, the excitement of the new, the dynamic creatives, the logistics of it all – even a warehouse or factory gives me a thrill. Most of my friends are still thriving in fashion which makes me something of an anomaly now that I went in a completely different direction and became a coach, however, its still a vital part of my DNA.

Design The Life You Want
I believe we all have the capability to design the life we want. There is no difference between you and the next successful person (even Beyoncé), we are all people . . . the only thing standing in the way of your hopes and dreams is your mindset, work ethics and self-belief.
The Conversation We Should All Be Having
Last night I attended a very emotive talk with Roman Kemp and Sian Welby discussing mental health. To say I was moved is an understatement. Not only did he touch on his own personal journey and struggles with his mental health but also the impact of his best friend taking his own life last year. Roman spoke about what we can do as a society to prevent more deaths, the little and big things, to support our family and friends that may be struggling.
